Based in West London, this position operates onsite within a dynamic office environment and reports directly to the Office Manager. The successful candidate will play an integral part in ensuring a seamless visitor and workplace experience.
The Role
* Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, offering a warm and professional welcome
* Manage all incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring enquiries are directed to the correct departments
* Maintain a tidy, organised and presentable reception area at all times
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with diary management where required
* Support with incoming post, packages and courier organisation
* Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document handling and general office support
* Handle daily front office tasks to ensure smooth office operations and exceptional service delivery
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support office coordination and communication
Requirements
* Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within a professional environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and welcoming manner
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable operating phone and email systems
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
* Professional presentation and a proactive, service-driven mindset
* Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering excellent customer experience
