Oversee day-to-day operations of the responsive repairs team.
Ensure timely and high-quality completion of repair works.
Conduct site visits and coordinate from the office.
Monitor performance, compliance, and health & safety standards.
Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
Requirements:
* SSSTS certification (minimum)
* Proven experience in social housing repairs
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to work across site and office environments
* Must live locally to Crawley
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
* Background in managing repairs within a social housing setting
* Familiarity with housing management systems and reporting tools
