Project Manager Opportunities – Super Prime & Prime Residential

I’m currently working with two established main contractors who are looking to appoint experienced Project Managers across a number of high value residential schemes in Surrey and Prime Central London.
These are excellent opportunities to join respected businesses with strong pipelines of super prime and prime residential work.
The Opportunities
1. Project Manager – £20m New Build
Virginia Water, Surrey
A flagship super prime new build residence on a prestigious private estate. The project is at early stages with site cleared, offering the chance to take full control from day one through to completion.
2. Project Manager – £30m Super Prime Fit Out
Mayfair, London
Delivery of 6 ultra high end apartments, involving complex coordination and exceptional levels of finish. A high-profile, design-led scheme in a prime central location.
3. Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – £12m Refurbishment
Kensington, London
Prime residential single dwelling refurbishment, including structural alterations and high specification internal works.
The Roles
* Full responsibility for project delivery from start through to completion
* Managing site teams, subcontractors and consultants
* Driving programme, quality and cost performance
* Leading client relationships, with UHNW individuals
* Working closely with commercial teams on budgets and reporting
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering prime or super prime residential projects
* Track record on projects £6m+
* Strong technical understanding of high specification construction
* Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + package (depending on role and experience)
