About This Role
The role involves overseeing the performance of The Organic Pharmacy clinics, pharmacies, independent, and retail outlets across London and the South, reporting to the UKI Sales Director.
We seek a candidate capable of driving sales and educating retail partners on our brand and product ranges. Building relationships with customers and developing sell-in, sell-out, and loyalty through brand presentations, training, visual merchandising, and shop floor animations are key responsibilities.
The position is primarily based in London, requiring frequent UK and Ireland travel, including overnight stays. Weekend work at events may be necessary.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Clinic Management
* Define strategy, set sales targets, and provide goals to store teams to maximize sales and uphold brand image.
* Manage and coach store managers and staff, supporting recruitment, training, and development needs.
* Visit key stores, lead weekly calls, and organize meetings with store managers.
* Understand drivers of sales such as treatment protocols, product training, merchandising, and marketing activation.
* Identify best practices and opportunities for exclusivity or simplification.
* Collaborate with marketing and training teams to implement action plans.
Field Sales
* Define sales strategies, set goals, and align targets with customers.
* Achieve KPIs set by the UK Sales Director, influencing customer support on the shop floor.
* Build strong relationships and provide in-store support to drive sales.
General Management
* Conduct regular meetings and store visits to discuss business updates and opportunities.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service.
Training & Brand Education
* Organize and deliver on-the-spot training on brand standards, products, and merchandising.
Merchandising & Standards
* Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and recommend improvements during store visits.
Stock Management
* Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and inform stores about potential out-of-stocks and delivery times.
Reporting & Communication
* Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales, stock, opportunities, and risks, including qualitative insights and photos.
Relationship Management
* Develop relationships with store owners, staff, and internal teams to unlock new business opportunities.
About You
We seek a responsible, organized individual with confidence, drive, and enthusiasm. You should work well under pressure, resolve problems effectively, and make sound decisions.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 1-2 years of experience in beauty/skincare field sales.
* Preferably experience in clinic/concession management.
* A passion for beauty and wellness, with excellent customer service and attention to detail.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strategic, proactive mindset, and willingness to travel within the UK, including overnight stays.
* Residency within easy commuting distance to London and a valid driving license.
* Legal eligibility to work in the UK.
