Job Title: Academic Intervention and Learning Behaviour Mentor (Maths Specialism)
Location: Walsall

Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Work under the senior Academic Intervention and Learning Behaviours Mentor while liaising with staff in the Mathematics department to support effective learning habits.
* Identify and support students who are underachieving in maths at A level, aiming to improve outcomes for all learners.
* Collaborate with teaching colleagues to develop strategies that enhance academic achievement.
* Provide expertise and knowledge to enrich the learning environment and promote flexible, student‑centred support.
Pay range: NJC Scale point 9 - 17
