We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-focused coordinator to manage cleaning bookings and provide weekend operational support (Saturday & Sunday), plus an additional half-day during the week to meet and liaise with the Operations Manager.
You’ll manage cleaning bookings end-to-end — allocating cleaners, confirming client appointments, tracking payments, updating systems, and ensuring every job runs smoothly. You’ll be the central point of communication between clients, cleaners, recruitment, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Allocate cleaners and arrange backup cover
* Confirm schedules and communicate with clients and cleaners
* Monitor payments and booking status
* Manage changes, cancellations, and last-minute replacements
* Track daily job progress and resolve issues
* Maintain accurate records in CRM/scheduling systems

* Comfortable using CRM systems, Outlook, Excel, WhatsApp, and phone
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear, professional, and confident across WhatsApp, email, and phone
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration, operations, scheduling, or coordination
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple bookings
* High attention to detail with proven data accuracy and experience using CRM/scheduling systems, Outlook, and Excel
* Reliable laptop, stable internet, quiet workspace, and the ability to work independently (experience in cleaning, recruitment, logistics, or service operations is advantageous)
