Conveyancer – Bradford I am working with a respected regional law firm with a strong presence in Yorkshire, currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its well-established Residential Property department based in Bradford. This is an ideal role for a Conveyancer with proven new build experience who is comfortable managing a busy caseload and is looking to join a firm that values people, supports career growth and offers a genuinely collaborative working culture. Responsibilities: Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload including new build, sales, purchases, plot sales and shared ownership Work closely with developers, housebuilders and estate agents Maintain high standards of client care and communication throughout the transaction Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and referrers Contribute to business development where appropriate Supported by legal assistants and a well-structured team About You: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (qualified or unqualified) Demonstrable experience in new build work is essential Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision Client-focused with excellent attention to detail Comfortable developing relationships with clients and third parties Proactive, organised and commercially aware Why Join This Firm?
