The Fairlie Healthcare Group is a leading provider of high-quality care which was established in 1999. Link to our website: Outstanding Care Homes for the Highly Dependant - Fairlie Healthcare Scope We are searching for an outstanding Therapist Assistant for the Fairlie Healthcare Group, to be responsible to take on a generic role and work as an assistant to therapists as part of the multi-disciplinary team, with supervision from qualified therapist(s). What will my duties be? To enable or restore patients to the highest level of physical, cognitive, psychological and social independence as possible and support team and families. To be responsible for supporting and assisting registered physiotherapists both clinically and administratively in the provision of a high-quality clinical service. To be responsible for working with colleagues of all disciplines in the provision of a multidisciplinary intervention To be responsible for working with professional standard of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy To be responsible for following research and evidence-based practice as they are introduced to the service implementing change as requested by registered physiotherapists.
