Lincolnshire County Council is about to deploy real time information screens at key locations across the county. As a Travel Projects Officer you will be working in the Network Design team, dealing with issues affecting the county's public bus network. Tasks will include the preparation of bus roadside information ranging from data preparation to installation at bus stops across the county.
This role will also require office-based tasks include liaising with bus companies and contractors with regards to bus stop suspension, roadworks, responding to Fix My Street enquiries and arranging repairs with the roadside maintenance contractor.

As travel is a feature of this role, applicants must hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle. You will need have a good knowledge of the county and must be able to undertake certain physical activities.

This role offers a dynamic hybrid work environment, combining office-based tasks with fieldwork throughout the county. While some flexibility exists, the position predominantly involves in-person engagement, minimising remote work opportunities.
