Location: Louth, Lincolnshire. Salary: A£26.5k rising to A£27.5k. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
Benjamin Edwards is recruiting a skilled Accounts Ledger Clerk to join an established finance team. The role covers both sales and purchase ledger, ensuring accurate, timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.

Responsibilities
* Purchase Ledger
o Processing supplier invoices for multiple departments
o Resolving invoice queries
o Reconciling supplier statements to Sage each month
o Setting up supplier payments
o General ledger maintenance of supplier details
* Sales Ledger
o Posting customer invoices and credit notes
o Raising pro-forma invoices
o Uploading invoice and credit amounts to the banking portal
o Weekly reconciliation of sales invoices to dispatch schedule
o Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries
o General ledger maintenance of customer details
o Credit control
