Role Overview
Manage the service accounts for Scotland territory. Work proactively with customers to ensure excellent service, reduce cancellations, and increase sales. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to accelerate lead generation.
Typical Responsibilities
* Create and maintain long‑term relationships with customers through proactive engagement planning and reactive response to enquiries and complaints.
* Defend the portfolio, reducing cancellations and renegotiations, and drive value.
* Know OTIS Service Business to provide the best possible solutions and generate the highest value for the company.
* Work across cross‑functional teams.
* Increase OTIS ONE sales by generating incremental subscriptions.
* Make proposals, decisions, and close deals independently, following company rules.
* Understand maintenance service strategies and procedures (contracts, CRM, RTV, competitors).
* Manage the annual price increase process.
* Model and demonstrate unwavering commitment to Otis’ Three Absolutes (Safety, Ethics, Quality).
Qualifications
* Strong background in B2B sales or account management, ideally with experience in service contracts and/or service delivery.
* Customer‑focused approach with proven experience in strategic account growth and development.
* High commitment and reliability.
* Target‑focused, able to work at pace in a demanding, complex corporate environment.
