Position
Internal Sales Representative role working at home and from our Wembley Office offering a basic salary of £30,000 plus commission, taking your realistic first year salary to £40,000.

As Sales Executive / Account Executive at our Wembley, North London office you will:
Develop and maintain relationships with major accounts growing turnover and gross margin
Generate quotes and negotiate/revise/close with customers accordingly
Deliver outstanding customer service
Chase ETAs and liaise with customers
Follow up on existing pipeline to close deals
Maintain details on our internal systems/ERP
Requirements
The ideal Telesales Executive / Sales Assistant will have the following skills and experience:
Preferred some experience within telesales/outbound sales or a call centre
Strong interpersonal and excellent telephone communication skills
Positive, proactive self-starter, with a can do attitude
Ability to work, manage, exceed targets and close
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Proficient with Microsoft office
Be willing to learn about the software IT industry

The role is a hybrid role, office based days and working from home, candidates should therefore have a reasonable commute to our Wembley office. Working hours for the position are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
