Role Overview
We’re seeking a confident, friendly Caller to join our team. This remote role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, scheduling appointments, and sharing information about our cleaning services. You’ll also be responsible for keeping accurate call records and helping us build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients
* Schedule cleaning appointments and follow up on leads
* Share detailed information about services offered
* Record call outcomes and update contact lists
* Represent the brand with professionalism and courtesy
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
* Able to manage time and calls effectively
* Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service
* Comfortable working independently and remotely
* Basic computer literacy
* Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus
