Reporting to and working with the General Manager your duties will include:
* Ordering and supply of parts and accessories to internal, retail and trade customers.
* Maintaining a good level of communicating with customers and our business partners.
* Maximising parts sales opportunities and departmental profitability.
* Ensure any warranty parts are labelled and handled in accordance with manufacturer procedures.
* Meeting and greeting customers & making them feel comfortable and at ease whilst at facility.
* Establishing any customer needs and work required and ensuring technical resource is available.
* Checking the Workshop Diary and making bookings as required.
* Accurately producing completed invoices on completion of retail and internal jobs.
Previous experience within this role is desired. You will also require a full Driving licence
Hours of work are 40 hrs per week.
