This is a high-profile role with visibility across senior leadership and external stakeholders, offering real influence and the chance to leave a lasting legacy.They offer hybrid working (Warwick office and home), a supportive and forward-thinking culture, and the opportunity to work alongside industry experts committed to a sustainable energy future.THE ROLELead the development and implementation of strategic business transformation initiatives.Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth.Deliver and oversee multiple complex transformation projects from initiation through to successful implementation.Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, ensuring progress is tracked and challenges are proactively resolved.Monitor the success of transformation initiatives and report on key performance indicators to senior management.YOUWe're seeking someone with visionary leadership, strong project delivery expertise, and a knack for change management.
