What We're Looking For: Essential: Previous experience working in an MSP environment. Strong technical knowledge of Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity. Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools and Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. A proactive approach to professional growth and development.
