If you have the passion and expertise to make a profound difference, are experienced in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and thrive in empowering teams under pressure, then this role could be for you Location: Coventry and Warwickshire (The role is office and site based with travel to our Head Office in Wakefield once a month) Salary:£38,000 - £42,000 per annum Annual Leave:25 days plus bank holidays Why Millennium Support? Role Requirements: Experienced Leader: Proven leadership in a managerial role within health and social care settings. Qualified: Minimum Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) with a commitment to achieving Level 5. Mobile: A driver's license and access to a vehicle. Communicative: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders. Forward-Thinking: Innovative and proactive in developing the service.
