Hours: 36.75 hours per week (including alternate weekends)
Pay: £16.92 per hour + enhanced bank holiday rates
About the Role
Fairmile Grange is looking for a warm, compassionate, and medication-trained Senior Care Partner to join our dedicated night team.
In this role, you will be a vital part of our care team, working alongside Healthcare Assistants and Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality, personalised care. You will also take a lead role during night shifts, supporting and guiding the care team.
You will provide practical, physical, emotional, and social support to our residents, always treating them with dignity, respect, and kindness, while ensuring their individual needs and preferences are met.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver high standards of personal care, including washing, oral care, toileting, and mobility support
2. Meet the individual needs of residents, from companionship to complex personal care
3. Support residents with nutrition and hydration, including assistance with eating and drinking
4. Maintain accurate care records, including fluid balance and dietary charts
