The kitchen is a busy, professional environment with a 10-strong brigade, delivering up to 200 covers during peak service across the restaurant and events. Standards are high, the pace is energetic, and teamwork is key.
They are now looking for a confident Chef De Partie who can take ownership of a section and deliver consistently high standards within a well-organised, fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
Running your own section confidently during busy services
Delivering high-quality dishes across services of up to 200 covers
Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain standards
Supporting junior chefs and contributing to strong teamwork in service
Ensuring consistency, organisation and cleanliness within your section
Upholding excellent food hygiene and safety standards
This role would suit a strong Chef De Partie from a busy fresh food background who is confident within high-volume service and enjoys being part of a structured, professional brigade.
