Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced General Managers to oversee the operations of our restaurant at Westfield Stratford City. This is a rare opportunity to join a global business as it enters the UK market.
Responsibilities:
* Recruit and build a world class team to open our restaurants.
* Ensure exceptional guest experience by delivering top notch hospitality.
* Control all elements of the day to day operation of the restaurant.
Experience:
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Experience managing high volume restaurants, ideally in London
* Proven track record in achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with team and customers.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
