Job Description
* Oversee all financial and accounting operations
* Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
* Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
* Manage annual budgeting and planning preparation
* Manage month-end and year-end close process
* Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
* Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
* Support month-end and year-end close process
* Be the main contact for external auditors
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
* Recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
* Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
* Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
* Experience with creating financial statements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident personality who can build relationships across finance and the business
