Join to apply for the Site Technician role at Family and Children's Service of the Capital Region.
We are looking for a dedicated professional to promote and support on‑site system compliance for all Etx BP Framework Partner specifications. The role involves traveling to sites across the South and providing technical support and advice on the installation of Siniat products.
Responsibilities
* Provide ongoing technical support for Etx BP projects by advising and answering technical enquiries.
* Provide practical training on Etx BP products and systems to the customer base.
* Attend sites to investigate and report on product failure and advise on remedial action.
* Provide internal practical training and advice to colleagues as required.
* Deliver toolbox talks to sites, demonstrating correct installation of Siniat materials and highlighting main differences in the Siniat systems.
* Make recommendations and confirm them in writing via site visit reports.
* Assist with ongoing training of colleagues on project management processes and the use of CRM.
Qualifications
* Organised, proactive, computer literate with a determination to contact a diverse customer base.
* Good knowledge of drywall systems and site working practices, preferably from a practical site‑based background.
* Understanding of how building contracts work (Design & Build, Traditional, Procure 21, CLAW, partnering agreements, envelope schemes).
* Experience using main Microsoft Office applications.
