Our client, a residential housing developer, is seeking experienced New Homes Sales Advisors to join their office-based sales team.
This role offers the opportunity to represent a high-quality new homes portfolio, managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion, while delivering an exceptional buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing and qualifying enquiries for new build residential developments
*
Guiding customers through the new homes sales process, from reservation to completion
*
Achieving sales targets and maximising conversion rates
*
Progressing reservations through to legal completion, liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams
*
Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales documentation
*
Delivering a high standard of customer care in line with developer brand values
About You:
*
Proven experience as a New Homes Sales Advisor within a housing developer or housebuilder
*
Strong knowledge of the new build sales process and off-plan reservations
*
Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
*
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sales at once
*
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
