Location: Bourne Hill, Salisbury (with travel across South Wiltshire)
Rate: £35 per hour (Umbrella, Ltd)
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Hybrid - minimum 2 days in the hub

We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Reablement Team in Wiltshire. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting individuals following illness, injury, loss of confidence, or hospital admission.
The Reablement Service empowers people to achieve greater independence, improve their well-being, and reduce the need for long-term care.
Role Highlights
Conduct strengths-based assessments with individuals in their own homes.
Design and implement creative, personalised reablement plans.
Work closely with customers, families, and other professionals to achieve outcomes.
Collaborate with a supportive team of OTs, OT Assistants, and Support Workers, guided by our Principal OT.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Occupational Therapist with minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience.
Strong understanding of reablement and person-centred care approaches.
Full UK driving licence (essential, due to community visits).
A proactive, innovative, and compassionate approach to practice.
What We Offer
£35 per hour (Umbrella, Ltd rate).
Hybrid working - minimum 2 days at Bourne Hill hub, with flexibility to work remotely.
Mileage claims from Bourne Hill base.
