* Manage your own caseload of clinical negligence matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
* Handle a broad range of medical negligence claims, including complex and high-value cases.
* Work closely with senior lawyers on technically challenging matters.
* Build trusted relationships with clients, providing clear and compassionate advice throughout the claims process.
* Draft pleadings, witness statements, correspondence and other legal documentation.
* Review medical records and expert evidence to develop effective case strategies.
* Attend court hearings where appropriate and liaise with Counsel on more complex proceedings.
* Maintain accurate case management records and time recording.
* Contribute to the continued success and growth of a highly respected specialist team.
You
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience.
* Previous experience handling clinical negligence matters.
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
* Able to manage your own caseload with confidence and autonomy.
* Empathetic and personable approach when supporting clients through sensitive circumstances.
* Organised, proactive and commercially aware.
* A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive working culture.
* Ambitious and motivated to continue developing your expertise within a leading specialist practice.
