Warehouse Manager
Full-Time, Permanent | Monday-Friday Onsite | Norwich, Norfolk

With their business continuing to grow, they are now looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take the lead in their warehouse, support the team, and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the warehouse, ensuring efficient, accurate and safe operations. You will lead and develop a team of four warehouse staff, maintaining high standards across goods in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a warehouse team, ensuring productivity and best practice.
Oversee all inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management.
Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes and efficiency.
Liaise with internal teams to support customer delivery requirements.
What You Will Bring:
Proven experience in a Warehouse or Logistics Management role.
Experience within engineering, manufacturing or industrial distribution.
Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
Confident working in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
Organised, hands‑on and detail‑
