We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant to work with young students who have SEN. This is a long-term temporary role with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. The successful Teaching Assistant will work one-on-one with students and demonstrate empathy, adaptability, and quick thinking.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A genuine desire to inspire and motivate students and colleagues
* The ability to support the Teacher with classroom preparation and management
* Strong listening skills and the ability to understand students' individual needs
* A resilient approach and the ability to differentiate instruction
* Prior experience is essential
