Nottingham Citys Young Persons accommodation service (NCYPAS) is recruiting for a support worker. We have 31 self-contained flats across two properties with one dispersed property out in the community. Youll be based at Francis House or Caunton Avenue, where we support 11 young people with the ultimate aim of re-housing them permanently. We work with 1821-year-olds who have been assessed as homeless but have the capacity to work with 16/17-year-olds and care experienced people up till the age of 25. With the service manager, assistant manager, support planners and other support workers youll be working with young people in finding permanent accommodation and supporting with any barriers they encounter.
