Company – IT Managed Services Provider
Job Role – Account Manager (mix of selling to existing and new clients)
Location – North London 2 days per week, work from home 3 days
Salary – circa £50-60,000 basic plus uncapped commission
The opportunity is to join a London based IT Managed Services and Cloud Services Provider.
They currently have 300 SMB clients who they provide IT support and services for. The business has been running for over 20 years.
The role is sales (account management and business development), a mix of the three functions below...
1. To account manage existing customers – be the first point of contact, renew contracts, etc.
2. To sell additional services and products into the existing client base.
3. To follow up on website leads, previous quotes, work with the external marketing agency, and be proactive/network to win new clients.
The basic salary is £50,000-60,000 plus uncapped commission. Based from their North London offices 2 days per week and remote 3 days.
The successful candidate must have experience selling IT managed services, support or Microsoft solutions into SMB sized customers.
