This will, for the most part, be a field-based role supporting their customers in the Greater Manchester area so a drivers license is a prerequisite for the job. Youll be working with: Office/Microsoft 365 Group Policy Active Directory/ AzureAD Windows operating systems up to 11 Virtualisation (Hyper-V and VMware) Windows Server Hardware Networking Day to day youll be: Providing technical support to customers via phone, email and deskside. Taking full ownership of incidents and ensuring they are quickly escalated/ prioritised appropriately in a fast-paced environment. Logging and resolving all support calls in line with service level agreements (SLAs) Working closely with users to resolve queries Liaising with key stakeholders during customer visits Monitoring server estates and utilising remote management tools to identify faults Monitoring network backup services Diagnosing and resolving general software and hardware issues Performing proactive maintenance of customer systems Installing and configuring software applications Creating and maintaining documentation Identifying service improvement opportunities Helping train end users on the systems Interviews are happening now with a quick process turnaround so if youre interested in finding out more, please apply with your CV.
