As Reform UK’s digital and communications output continues to ramp up, we are looking to engage aGraphic Designer who can work across evenings and weekends to support our team.
This role will focus on producinghigh-impact graphics for social media, helping our communications team respond quickly to political developments, media moments, and campaign messaging outside of standard working hours.
As Britain’s fastest-growing political movement, our digital presence moves quickly. This position is ideal for a designer who thrives in afast-paced environment and enjoys creating bold, shareable content that reaches large audiences online.
Key Responsibilities
Designcompelling graphics for social media platformsincluding X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Producerapid-turnaround creativeresponding to breaking political news and media moments during evening and weekend shifts.
Create and maintainbranded templatesto ensure consistency across Reform UK’s digital output.
Developmotion graphics and animated assetsto support digital engagement.
Work closely with thecommunications and social media teamsto translate political messaging into impactful visual content.
Support the production ofdigital advertising graphics and campaign materialswhen required.
Requirements
Provengraphic design experience, ideally in political campaigns, advocacy, news/media, or fast-paced commercial environments.
Strong proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
Strong understanding ofbranding, typography, and visual hierarchy, particularly for digital content.
Ability towork quickly and accurately under pressure.
Awareness of theUK political and media landscape.
Availability to workevenings and weekendsto support the communications team when output is at its busiest.
A strong commitment to thevalues and mission of Reform UK.
