Key Responsibilities
* Support the Purchase to Pay team in day‑to‑day operations and projects
* Manage the end‑to‑end accounts payable process, including 3‑way matching and vendor payment management
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external escalations and query resolution
* Supervise the AP shared mailbox and ensure timely responses
* Implement workflow improvements to enhance AP efficiency and accuracy, aiming for first‑time match rates
* Oversee weekly payment runs ensuring invoices are approved and ready for payment
* Process and clear down DD/SO transactions
* Observe internal controls to ensure compliance with credit, procurement, and policy procedures
* Support the company’s travel and expense policy, including Concur reporting and audit requirements
* Manage AP month‑end close process and reporting requirements
* Review current procedures and recommend process improvements
* Reconcile vendor accounts and support cost management and reporting
* Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in purchase to pay operations with end‑to‑end knowledge of the P2P process and AP best practices
* Strong appreciation of the purchase order system and its control functions
* Capability to lead process and control improvements and forge relationships across the business
* Excellent communication skills and confidence to provide constructive challenges
* Experience and knowledge of SAP
* Ability to analyse and interpret data effectively; advanced Excel skills
* Self‑motivated, self‑starting, able to multi‑task and manage own workload
* Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement

* Improve and maximise productivity while reducing inefficiencies
* Drive better results through efficient practice
* Improve AP processing times and query resolution
* Achieve key reporting deadlines and improve KPIs
* Provide prompt and accurate balance sheet reconciliation
