System Implementation Coordinator (12-Month FTC)

Join OCU – one of the UK’s leading infrastructure engineering businesses – as we continue to innovate and transform the way we deliver learning across our organisation. We’re looking for a System Implementation Coordinator to lead the roll-out of our brand-new Learning Management System (Kallidus) on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a key opportunity to drive a high-impact, cross-functional project that will shape how our teams access, engage with, and benefit from digital learning. You’ll work closely with internal departments and external vendors to deliver a seamless implementation experience—from discovery to go-live and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the End-to-End Rollout – Plan and manage the full implementation of the Kallidus LMS, coordinating teams across HR, L&D, IT, and Compliance.
* Own the Project Timeline – Build and maintain detailed project schedules and implementation roadmaps.
* Engage with Stakeholders – Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring training objectives are met.
* Configure & Test the System – Oversee system configuration, data migration, user setup, and user acceptance testing.
* Support & Train Users – Develop user-friendly guides and deliver training to system admins and end users.
* Optimise & Improve – Support post-launch feedback, troubleshoot issues, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience coordinating system or LMS implementations
* Familiarity with platforms like Kallidus, Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proactive project management and documentation ability
* Eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality assurance
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
