About the role
Vision for Education seek to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work in a long fixed term supply role from May 2024 for the rest of the academic year. The successful Teaching Assistant will be responsible for providing general, whole class support and also working with learners with Special Educational Needs on a 1 to 1 basis. This is a full time supply role initially penned for the rest of the academic year. There is potential that the successful candidate may be offered a permanent contract with the school upon completion of the fixed term supply contract.

Forming part of local Multi Academy Trust, this Primary Academy has been graded as 'Good' by OFSTED. The school is located in North Lincolnshire, approximately 7 miles to the east of Hull city centre. The school promotes inclusivity, provides great support for pupils with SEN and values the great work of it's Teaching Assistants.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant you will:
1. Experience in working with children or young people
2. GCSE or equivalent education

Salary
£85 to £95 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
3. A Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification is desirable but not essential, candidates must be educated to GCSE level
4. Experience in working within an education setting is desirable, experience in working with young people is essential
