We’re looking for a creative powerhouse and digital storyteller to lead the content and communications strategy. If you’ve been a one-person marketing engine and are ready to bring that energy to a purpose-led business, this is your moment.
You’ll own the digital presence, from LinkedIn posts to podcasts, Instagram stories to whitepapers, and webinars to website copy. Your North Star? Increased visibility and consistent inbound leads.
Working pattern, salary and benefits:
* £35,000 - £45,000
* The flexibility to work from a different country for 4 weeks a year
* Hybrid working; 1 day on-site, 4 days WFH

As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities:
* Developing and executing our content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, our website and other digital platforms
* Creating engaging, insight-led posts, blogs, reels, and videos
* Identifying and securing podcast and webinar opportunities for the team
* Leading on email campaigns, newsletter creation, and community-building content
* Ensuring all outward marketing is visually and tonally consistent
* Measuring and optimising for visibility, reach, engagement, and, critically, inbound leads
* Staying ahead of digital trends and spotting creative opportunities to tell our story
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with the following skills and experience:
* Extensive experience in a similar Digital Marketing role within a B2B environment ideally with an interest in technology or sustainability
* Strong all-round digital marketing expertise in website management, SEO, social media and email marketing
* Excellent content creation and story telling skills
* Evidence of building a social following on LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram
* Evidence of creating and implementing effective campaigns that generate inbound leads
* Able to work with autonomy
