We're a fast-paced seasonal café bar serving freshly prepared food from a variety of cuisines, with a strong focus on quality and local produce. We're looking for a Sous Chef who shares our values and can bring skill, energy, and care to our kitchen.. Our team? Friendly, hard-working, and always up for a laugh (and a post-shift pint).

What You'll Be Doing:
* Running your section and the Kitchen in the head chefs absence
* Cooking up high-quality, good-looking plates
* Keeping waste low and standards high
* Staying on top of food safety (we like our customers alive)
* Managing stock like a pro
* Handling customer requests with grace (and maybe a bit of sass)
What We're Looking For:
* Proven sous chef experience (not just a master of beans on toast)
* Culinary skills across multiple cuisines
* Food safety know-how
* Cool head in a hot kitchen
* Organised, efficient, and detail-obsessed
* Ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays — but not all of them
