HR Advisor - Poole - Up to £40,000
We're recruiting a proactive HR Advisor for a professional organisation in Poole. This is a full generalist HR role, combining HR administration, employee relations, and project work.
What you'll do:
* Support managers and employees across all HR matters
* Manage HR admin, contracts, records, and systems
* Drive recruitment, onboarding, and HR projects
* Ensure compliance and best practice
Requirements:
* Generalist HR experience (admin + project work)
* CIPD qualification is ideal
* Experience supporting senior leaders
* Highly organised, confident communicator, MS Office proficient
* Access to own transport
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE | Permanent
