The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive to join our clients expanding international sales team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated sales professional to play a key role in growing global markets for one of the UKs leading nutraceutical manufacturers.
The Business Development Executive will identify and develop new opportunities across international markets, build strong customer relationships, and promote the companys extensive nutraceutical product range. Youll be instrumental in driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering commercial success through proactive, customer-focused business development.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify new business opportunities across international markets
Develop and execute strategies to grow sales in target territories
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations for potential customers
Negotiate and close international contracts and long-term agreements
Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to track performance and progress
Deliver accurate forecasts and support revenue growth targets
About You
Youll bring proven experience in B2B international sales or business development, ideally within the nutraceuticals, food supplements, or health and wellness industries. Youre commercially minded, confident communicating across global markets, and thrive on building long-term relationships that deliver results.
What Youll Need
Experience in international B2B sales, ideally in sports, pharma, nutraceuticals or supplements
Strong understanding of international markets, trends, and regulations
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and convert new opportunities
Organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience using CRM software
Willingness to travel internationally to meet clients and attend trade events
