Sales & Account Manager – Fire & Security Solutions
M3 / M4 Corridor | Field-Based | OTE £50k+

The Package
* £35,000 base salary + OTE £50k+
* Guaranteed commission for first 6 months
* Company car or allowance
* 25 days holiday + birthday off (rising with service)

The Role
* Grow service & maintenance contracts within an existing client base
* Identify and convert upgrade and cross-sell opportunities
* Work closely with engineers on site visits to build tailored solutions
* Manage inbound enquiries and develop long-term account value
What you’ll need
* Background in fire & security (or similar: HVAC, lifts, engineering services)
* Experience in sales or account management
* Strong relationship-building skills and commercial mindset
* Confident, proactive approach to developing opportunities
Location
Field-based across the M3 / M4 corridor
Ideally you'll be based in Andover, Basingstoke, Winchester or Guildford areas
Process
* Informal chat with Sales Director (phone or coffee)
* Face-to-face meeting with leadership team
