The Green Recruitment Company is working alongside a world-leading energy consultancy in their search for a Renewable Developer Account Manager.
Energy and sustainability are critical issues for organizations due to emerging customer, investor, social, and regulatory pressures. This client supports some of the world's best-known companies, local governments, cities, and institutions on sustainability strategy, technology, and implementation. The client owns a software ecosystem providing tools, connections, and opportunities to help businesses achieve their carbon reduction goals. This platform aims to enable corporations to act on carbon-reduction energy solutions.
The Role:
The Customer Success team manages the accounts of both Corporate and Solution Provider Members. Responsibilities include liaising in the delivery of consulting services for renewable energy developers, interpreting and delivering relevant market data, and owning the relationship to ensure customer satisfaction. The Renewable Developer Account Manager will primarily focus on consulting delivery and account management for EU-based renewable energy developers.
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate delivery of market intelligence to renewable developer members through consultative sessions with mid-to-senior-level leaders.
* Be an accessible resource for renewable developer members seeking guidance on engaging with the platform, utilizing features, or responding to inquiries.
* Build and maintain relationships with renewable developer members, identify new ways to add value, and ensure renewal of services.
* Develop a deep understanding of key climate and clean energy solutions, including on- and off-site renewable energy, distributed energy resources, and offset and credit mechanisms.
* Pass insights and comments from users about the platform to the product and tech teams.
Your Profile:
Some background and familiarity with solutions such as VPPAs, renewable energy, and electricity more broadly. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a strategic, problem-solving approach.
Preferred skills include proficiency with data analytics and visualization software such as Qlik, Tableau, or PowerBI.
