Team Structure
You'll lead a well-established and collaborative team, including:
* Finance Manager
* Deputy General Manager
* Restaurant Manager (restaurant, café, coffee bar) with 8 FOH team members
* Hospitality Manager (internal & external client hospitality, incl. bar - Wed/Thurs) with 8 FOH team members
* Head Chef leading:
o 10 staff dining team members
o 6 hospitality chefs
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations
* Deliver consistently high-quality service across staff dining, retail, hospitality, and events
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Lead, manage, and develop a large multi-disciplinary team
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and health & safety standards
* Drive revenue and commercial performance in line with budgeted targets
* Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior management role within catering, hospitality, or retail
* Strong commercial acumen and budget management expertise
* Excellent leadership and people development skills
* Passion for food and exceptional service delivery
* Strong communication, IT, and organisational skills
* A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on innovation and quality
