We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team in Chertsey. You will be supporting individuals with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions, to live as independently as possible in their own homes or supported living settings. Responsibilities: * Provide person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs * Assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and daily living tasks * Encourage and support participation in social, recreational, and community activities * Maintain accurate records and report changes in needs or behaviour * Promote dignity, choice, and independence at all times Requirements: * Previous care or support experience is desirable but not essential * A genuine passion for supporting others * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins if required * Enhanced DBS check (can be arranged if not already held) Benefits: * Competitive pay – up to £16 per hour * Flexible shifts to suit your availability * Full training and ongoing support provided * Opportunity for career progression * Supportive and inclusive working environment
