The Role
As Centre Manager, you will lead the overall performance of the site, balancing commercial delivery with operational excellence.
You will:
* Take full ownership of centre performance, including P&L and KPI delivery
* Drive revenue across coworking memberships, meetings, and events
* Deliver an outstanding, high-quality customer experience
* Lead, coach, and develop an on-site team
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the centre
* Act as the senior escalation point for customer issues
* Identify and implement improvements across service, operations, and revenue
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Performance
* Deliver and exceed revenue targets and centre KPIs
* Maximise occupancy, memberships, and events income
* Monitor costs and support budgeting and forecasting
* Build strong relationships to support business growth and retention
Operations & Customer Experience
* Oversee the daily running of the centre
* Maintain exceptional standards of service and presentation
* Manage customer onboarding and ongoing experience
* Continuously improve processes and service delivery
Leadership & Team Management
* Lead and inspire a high-performing, customer-focused team
* Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching, and performance reviews
* Create a positive, accountable team culture
* Ensure staffing levels align with operational needs
Facilities, Compliance & H&S
* Oversee maintenance, repairs, and supplier relationships
* Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards
* Maintain GDPR, AML, and company policy adherence
* Manage contractors and minor fit-out works
About You
You are a confident, hands-on leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will likely have experience in:
* Flexible workspaces or serviced offices
* Hospitality or hotels
* Meetings and events
* Retail or customer-led environments
