Overview
GAP Pump & Power Services Division provides advice, servicing, maintenance and repair for generators, dewatering & sewerage pump applications including a large range of hoses, settlement tanks and water processing solutions. The role reports to the Technical Sales Manager and focuses on maximising hire revenue opportunities from existing major accounts and winning new business.
Responsibilities
* Maximise Pump & Power Services hire revenue opportunities from existing major account customers
* Win new business and deliver sales presentations to customers at a senior management level
* Attend depot/customer trade days to promote product offering
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the GAP Group network (e.g., Regional Sales Managers and their sales teams) to proactively promote hire opportunities
* Drive revenue for the depot in Harthill (location flexible for the successful candidate)
About You
* Significant experience in a field sales role within the Pumps or Power industry
* Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and growing revenue by expanding opportunities with existing customers and winning new business
* Exceptional communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels
* Effective negotiator and problem solver who can work under pressure and manage workload
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems
* Driving Licence (Essential)
