Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a real impact? Cranswick Convenience Foods, a leading UK manufacturer of sliced cooked meats, whole hams, and British Corned Beef, is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Milton Keynes site.

Responsibilities
* Partner with leadership and management teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
* Advise on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance with employment law.
* Support performance management, organizational change, and workforce engagement initiatives.
* Identify opportunities to improve HR practices and drive positive change across the business.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in HR, employee relations, and performance management.
* Strong knowledge of UK labour and employment law.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred; degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field advantageous.
Package
* Location: Milton Keynes
* Full‑time, on‑site, Monday to Friday (flexible early/late shifts)
* Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per year, depending on experience
