Here at Warmer Home Installations Limited/ T/A My Home Solar we are looking for a Full Time admin assistant to join our busy team in our new Bournemouth office.
We are looking for someone to take on a very active role in assisting with the day-to-day running of the admin department. The job role is extremely varied therefore the candidate we are seeking really does need to be the 'best of all worlds, and multi-talented' - someone who has the ideal balance of a professional, hardworking attitude, with an enthusiastic and creative personality.
As an office administrator, you will be working closely with the admin and management teams to facilitate the efficient running of the business.
The role will include:
* Answering external telephone calls, dealing with customer queries and transferring where appropriate
* Processing payments from customers
* General administration tasks such as data input, use of various portals, filing, scanning etc
Experience is essential as well as good knowledge of Microsoft office systems.
This is a FULL TIME employed position Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
