Job Description:

Are you an organised and proactive Office Manager seeking an exciting new opportunity?

Our brand new client, located near Stamford and Peterborough, is currently recruiting a part-time office manager to work 25 hours per week, Monday – Friday. The preferred hours are 9.30am–2.30pm, but there is some flexibility. This is a fully office-based role.

This role offers the opportunity to join a close-knit team and take on a key role in the organisation. Responsibilities include:

* Overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the office, improving procedures and processes.
* HR administration and related duties.
* Arranging meetings, events, and generating internal communications.
* Supporting management and directors with administrative tasks.
* Managing office supplies, systems, and equipment, obtaining the best prices from suppliers.
* Ensuring regulatory compliance for the organisation.

To be considered, candidates should have:

* Recent experience managing an office or practice, ideally within a professional services environment.
* A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
* Exceptional organisation and multitasking skills, with a high level of confidentiality.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Office365 and the ability to learn new software and systems.

In return, the role offers £20,150 per annum (£9.70 per hour), 33 days of annual leave including public holidays, pension access, and free parking.
