About You ✨ To be considered for this role, you should have: A Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification. Experience supporting children and young people with moderate to complex additional needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. The ability to obtain suitable references and pass a DBS check.
