We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy and supportive property team. Key Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion Handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of title Prepare and review legal documents including missives, dispositions and standard securities Conduct property searches and liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders and estate agents Ensure compliance with Scottish property law and regulations Maintain accurate records using case management systems Deliver a high standard of client care throughout the transaction Essential Requirements Minimum 3 years experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal in Scotland Strong knowledge of Scottish conveyancing procedures Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong communication and client-facing skills High level of attention to detail Desirable Skills Relevant legal qualification (e.g. Paralegal Certification or Law Degree) Experience using case management systems such as Denovo Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing Benefits Competitive salary (£25,000 £36,000 DOE) Company pension CPD support Flexible working options Career progression opportunities Support with external training and courses (subject to agreement) Free parking If you re an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking for your next opportunity, we d love to hear from you.
