Registered Care Home Manager Location: Derbyshire Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum bonus Hours: 40 hours per week Type: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager for a well-established nursing home in Derbyshire, offering high-quality nursing, dementia, and residential care. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a supportive, person-centred environment. As Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding care and ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations. You’ll inspire your team to maintain high standards, manage operational resources effectively, and promote a culture of dignity and respect. Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals will be key to your success.
